Hot Spot Event | Moonless-skyMoonless–sky bounded through the dense forest. The constant babble of the stream noted its position: just straight ahead. Tail flicking slightly, she squinted through the green sheen, making out two defined shapes. Her heartbeat quickened as she recognized the scent of ScorchClan. Eyes narrowing into grim slits, she prowled forwards with purposeful strides. It must have been a ScorchClan warrior and their apprentice. Crouching low within the underbrush, Moonless–sky watched them warily. She should have stayed near camp and brought back some prey there, but the mouth-watering scent of fresh prey had drawn her deeper into the darkening forest.Paying close attention to her breathing, the NightClanner felt the blood pumping furiously in her ears. She caught her breath when the apprentice waded, with a disgusted look, through a shallow pool as his/her mentor had instructed. Flattening her ears now, Moonless–sky watched with bated breath as the younger cat froze, eyes grow
A Heart-broken FarewellMoonless–sky cracked open her eyes a sliver. Nothing stirred as she glanced around warily. Good. The lovely gray-dappled she-cat rose to her paws, forcing herself to breath gently. Tonight, the moon could not provide any silvery light to the forest. This was the night just before the new moon poured over the earth.A midnight-black tom raised his muzzle from an extended forepaw, opening his eyes wide as he embraced the chill of the night. The NightClanner shan’t take long, he assured himself, pushing himself up into a comfortable crouching position among the entangling branches of the light-barked aspen in which he perched. Truth be told, the two had been meeting frequently under the cover of night. Day was garish and emblazoned everything within the forest. Night, quiet and still, allowed their relationship to go unhindered by meddling Clanners. After whisking silently through the entrance of camp, Moonless–sky quickened her pace. Her destination was not far o
Moonless and Shadow RpMoonlesspaw, a lovely dappled-gray she-cat, emerged from the apprentices' den, her small fragile paws treading lightly. Blinking and, with a shiver, she ventured into the clearing, fluffing out her fur against the morning chill. Her ears pricked as a weak breeze stirred, which inadvertently caused the trees to whisper among themselves. She extended her forepaws and arched her back in an intense stretch, parting her jaws in a large, gaping yawn before settling down on her haunches, giving herself a quick shake.Shadowstar golden-green eyes blinked as he lay motionless in his nest, his ears flickered once as he stiffled a yawn. Fur bristled gently as the cold wind blew through the den entrance and caused him to shuffle. He sighed quickly before he pushed himself to his paws and arched his back in a stretch. The tom-cat paused as he slowly sat down, his ears twitching for any sounds but he only caught the sounds of bird's chirping, scuffle of clan-mates around camp and small boises which
Moonless and Flora RpA slender orange she-cat slithered her way back through the walls of camp. It was just past sun down, and she had arrived back in camp with two squirrels and a mouse in her jaws. A spot of late hunting always calmed the she-cat. She placed her load onto the fresh-kill pile and smiled at its steady growth. Floravoice looked up at the sky, its dusky coloured purple hue clouded over the now visible moon."Hello," came the soft, song-like mew. The voice belonged to a lovely gray-dappled she-cat with distinctive, friendly blue eyes. It happened to be Moonless–sky, newly named warrior of NightClan. She hadn't yet met this she-cat, but she seemed a kind and efficient warrior as well. Moonless–sky added, "I'm Moonless–sky." She padded quietly over to Floravoice, ears twitching as she smiled. She then watched as the fellow NightClanner added her prey to the fresh-kill pile.Floravoice looked up at the young warrior before her. "Hello, Moonless-sky," the orange cat purred quiet
